Images
If you select images for document creation or editing, the App may access those selected images to provide features such as Image to PDF, document creation, cropping and related operations.
Camera
Camera access may be requested when you choose a scanning or document-capture feature.
Camera access is used to capture documents that you choose to scan. Camera content is used for the requested document-processing function and is not used to identify you personally.
Phone State Information
The App may request phone-state access to support its after-call quick lookup functionality.
When this feature is enabled and the relevant permission has been granted, the App may detect phone call state so that it can provide a quick document-related action after a call, such as allowing you to quickly look up a document, note a summary, or edit a PDF.
The App does not use this permission to record phone conversations.
The App does not access or store the audio content of phone calls through this feature.
The App does not use this permission to read your call recordings.
Notifications
If notification permission is granted, the App may send notifications related to App functionality, processing activities, reminders or other relevant App events.
You can manage notification access through your Android device settings.
2. Permissions Used by the App
The App requests permissions only when required for a corresponding feature.

6. After-Call Quick Lookup
The App includes an optional after-call quick lookup capability.
If you grant the required phone-state permission, the App can use phone call state information to determine when a call-related state change occurs and provide an appropriate quick-access experience.
